Sattu / Besan ladoo
(High portein sweet)

You’ll need
Sattu/Besan 3 cups or 300 gms.
Ghee 1 cup or as required.
Nutrijagg’s Jaggery powder 1.5 cup or 150 gms.
Cardamom powder 1 tsp.
Ghee 1 cup or as required.
Nutrijagg’s Jaggery powder 1.5 cup or 150 gms.
Cardamom powder 1 tsp.
Instructions
In a pan dry roast sattu/besan flour for 8 to 10 mins.
Add ghee to the roasted sattu/besan, continue cooking on low flame.
Cook on low flame for 20-25 mins, once you start getting a nice aroma of cooked mixture, turn off the heat and add cardamom powder.
Finally add NutriJagg’s Jaggery Powder, turn off the flames, mix it well until all jaggery powder is dissolved.
Roll them into small balls and store in an airtight container.
